Unfortunately I’ve been slacking on my working out the past couple days. I did walk a lot on saturday night because I went downtown, however I wasn’t up for working out too much after work yesterday or today, going to do my stuff tomorrow though. I am determined to get fit!

Day 2 (Madeline)

So I kind of got a little lazy today with working out because I had work, however I did do my 15 sit ups and 5 burpees, which is better than the nothing I would normally do. 

Day 1 (Jess)

Today I did 20 minutes of yoga and then I  jumped rope for 10

My biggest problem is eating. I need to focus on buying more healthy food.

hello i’m mariah and i enjoy food.  this has pretty much been a problem my whole life despite me playing sports throughout my childhood and to the end of high school.  Having just finished my first year of college, I decided that I’m tired of feeling sucky in my own body, and that i want to love and take care of it.  I know being skinny isn’t going to fix all of my self-esteem issues, but being able to do things I enjoy without worrying about what others think of my weight is going to be a huge step in the right direction for me. (especially boys) (#foreveralone)

On campus, I would walk I’m guessing 3+  miles a day because campus is really large and getting between classes takes a LOT of walking.  Additionally, I would run ~5k three times a week (using the zombies, run! app which is beautiful) and eat relatively healthy and i also was too broke to buy junk food on campus.  Now that summer has come I spend most of my time working, which isn’t eating but also means I’m not exercising.  I want to change that.  I want to get back to the place where running 5k isn’t a big deal and making good food choices was easier.  That’s what I’m here for, to have people keep me, a lazy fangirl, accountable.

Day 1

I just did a set of

15 sit-ups

5 Burpees

and 5 push-ups (the female kind because I have no upper bobby strength

I will be going for a walk later today, probably about 5-6km.

I really want to get fit personally, I’m in the middle of my summer after my first year of university and I’m not as healthy as I should be. I eat junk food and lay around. This is unacceptable, because when I was younger I would play sports and sometimes go out for a run. Now I just watch shows and sleep. 

So yeah I’m a fangirl and I live the lifestyle of one, but I don’t have to. 

Imagine being so fit you could run with the Doctor as a companion, 

Or run after a taxi with Sherlock,

Say “on your left” to Falcon!

So I’m going to get fit and keep it all recorded on here.
